The Fallen North
A dark historical fantasy saga in which the gods of the Viking world are not myths made flesh, but ancient beings who have spent human history wearing the identities civilizations were willing to give them.
At the center is a generational struggle over memory, belief, free will, and whether people can reclaim themselves after gods—and history—have decided what they are supposed to become.

Why the world can grow.
The mythology is designed to support a focused central saga first, while also creating a coherent mechanism for spin-offs and historical expansion.
Familiar mythology, reframed.
The reader recognizes the names and symbols, but gradually learns that cultural memory has preserved the wrong explanation for what happened.
People before cosmology.
The supernatural architecture matters because it pressures friendships, families, loyalties, ambitions, faith, and the right to choose.
Every culture can preserve another fragment.
The Thousand Mask concept allows expansion without requiring the primary novels to become encyclopedic or lose their human scale.
